SciTE: Disable Auto-save Session Feature

When you start SciTE, it will load the last session automatically.

To disable the auto-save session feature:
1. Open SciTE
2. Options -> Open Global Options File
3. Modify the following line:

save.session=0

4. Save and exit SciTE
