PS2: PCSX2 0.9.4 SysError

Problem:
When launching pcsx2.exe (0.9.4), it returns a system error:
Cannot allocate mem addresses 15000000-55000000, err: 487

Solution:
This is caused by a compatibility issue with Kaspersky (7.0.1.321) Anti-Dialer library (adialhk.dll)

Note: Disabling Anti-Dialer alone will NOT solve the problem because the .dll file is still loaded into memory. You must either delete adialhk.dll, or remove its registry entry.

To remove adialhk.dll registry entry:
1. Open Kaspersky Settings -> Privacy Control, and disable Anti-Dialer
2. Start -> Run
3. Type in regedit, and press ENTER
4. Goto:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\
Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\AppInit_DLLs

5. Remove the path:
C:\Progra~1\KASPER~1\KASPER~1.0\adialhk.dll

Extra Note: The LoadAppInit_DLLs registry key is for Windows Vista ONLY. Setting it to 0 will have no effect on Windows XP/2003
