Windows: Create a Batch File to Run Check Disk
1. Start -> Run
2. Type in
notepad
, and press ENTER
3. Type in the following commands:
4. File -> Save As...
5. Type in the filename with
.bat
extension, e.g. Run Chkdsk.bat
6. Change
Save as type
to
All Files
7. Click Save
