Outlook: View/Edit "From" and "Bcc" Field When Composing New Email

When composing a new email in Outlook, the "From" and "Bcc" fields are not there.



Solution:
1. Click on the down-arrow key right next to Options...
2. Check Bcc and From to view those fields
